Aquaglide- Digital Marketing Strategist

The Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for to identify unmet needs, goals, opportunities and challenges of all departments and aspects of the business.  Create and oversee the execution of a plan through specific initiatives to meet the objectives of the strategy. The Digital Marketing Strategist will also help cross-functional teams develop and evolve ideas to bring together brand goals, retailer objectives and consumer needs.  As a small organization, this job description is designed to be a general outline of duties, however, this is not all encompassing of all tasks that may be assigned based on evolving business needs.


  1. Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and Youtube)
  2. Set up and configuration of search, display and Youtube accounts (Google Adwords)
  3. Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities
  4. Verify quarterly health check Google report, execute changes and/or modify campaigns
  5. Analyze web traffic metrics (Squarespace Analytics and Google Analytics) 
  6. Monitor SEO/SEM
  1. Build strong clients relationships through social media interaction
  1. Provide technical assistance to the Customer Service team (Zendesk Chat, Talk, Support and Help Center)
  1. Update content in the Help Center
  1. Update the content on the website
  1. Manage e-commerce (Quivers). Order entry, update inventory and manage discount codes for Pro Deals
  1. Order entry for Aquaglide Ambassadors
  1. Develop/deploy distributor/retail e-mail marketing campaigns monthly
  1. Identify advertising needs
  1. Support on the testing of new products
  1. Monitor website and Zendesk technical problems and notify of the situation to ensure the solution of these
  1. Create presentations for Internal and Sales Meetings
  1. Assist the graphic designer with the marketing materials for the sales team
  1. Support on the testing of new products
  1. Assist in the coordination of internal events (photo shoots, meetings, celebrations, etc.)
  1. Design promotional items for Sales Team
  1. Assist in photo shoots
  1. Edit product, tutorials, and “how to” videos for Internal and Sales use 
  1. Tradeshow/event support, with travel required
  1. Domestic and International travel, passport required


  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or Digital Marketing Manger 
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics tools.
  • Demonstratable experience with SEO/SEM. 
  • Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices.
  • Familiarity with web design.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Relations or related area.  Graphic Design a plus
  • Experience with WordPress/Woocommerce
  • Experience with Sprout social or other social media management software
  • Experience and comfort with Adobe Suite
